Okay, so, I’ve been on this whole retro kick lately, right? And I’m scrolling through pages and pages of stuff, and then BAM! These shoes popped up, and I just had to have them. They’re these vintage, like, 1990s sneaker booties, but get this – they’ve got a spiky heel. A sport spike heel! How wild is that?

I snagged them right away. I mean, who wouldn’t? They’re so unique! It was super easy to find them, there was a bunch of choices, just like finding regular shoes, but these are way cooler. These ones were a size 8, which is perfect for me. Also, I saw they had a size 7 and 8.5 too.
Getting Them in the Mail
Waiting for them to arrive was torture! I was checking the tracking info, like, every five minutes. Finally, the day came, and the package was on my doorstep. I ripped that box open like a kid on Christmas morning.
The Color
- Neon Orange: They are described as “Neon Orange”.
- Picture vs. Reality: The listing said the pictures didn’t really capture the true color, and they were right. In the photos, they looked kind of tangerine, but in person? Woah. These things are NEON. Like, seriously bright, vibrant orange. Totally 90s.
Trying Them On
I slipped them on, and they fit like a glove. Seriously comfortable, considering they’ve got that crazy heel. I was a little worried they’d be all stiff and hard to walk in, being vintage and all, but nope. They’re surprisingly easy to move around in. I walked around the house, feeling like a total 90s pop star. My cat, though, he was not impressed. He gave me that “what are you doing, human?” look and went back to sleep. But he doesn’t get fashion, so his loss.
Styling Them
Now, the real fun part: figuring out what to wear with them. I’ve got a few ideas brewing. I’m thinking maybe some ripped jeans and a vintage band tee for a casual look. Or, I could go full-on 90s with a bright windbreaker and some leggings. It is so fun! I am imagining a lot of possibilities.
Showing Them Off
I wore them out to the grocery store, just to see what kind of reactions I’d get. Let me tell you, heads were turning. A few people even stopped me to ask where I got them. I felt like a celebrity, haha! One older lady said they reminded her of the shoes she used to wear clubbing back in the day. That made my day, honestly.
All in all, these sneaker booties are a total win. They’re fun, they’re comfortable, and they’re a major conversation starter. Definitely one of my best vintage finds yet. 10/10, would recommend if you can find a pair!
