Top 200 Fantasy Football Players: Find the Best Picks Fast.

Okay, so I decided to get serious about my fantasy football league this year. I always end up scrambling at the last minute, so I figured I’d actually do some research and find a “top 200” list to guide my draft. Here’s how it went down:

Top 200 Fantasy Football Players: Find the Best Picks Fast.

The Hunt Begins

First, I just started Googling. You know, “top 200 fantasy football players 2024,” “best fantasy football rankings,” stuff like that. I opened, like, a million tabs. So many different sites, so many different opinions. It was information overload!

Sorting Through the Mess

I quickly realized I needed a way to keep track of all this. So, I grabbed a notebook and a pen (yeah, I’m old school sometimes). I started jotting down names that kept popping up on multiple lists. The usual suspects, of course, like, the star quarterbacks and running backs. But I also wanted to note the players that some sites were really high on, but others weren’t. Those are the guys that could be sneaky good picks.

Spreadsheet Time

After a while, the notebook got messy. Too much flipping back and forth. So I fired up a spreadsheet. This was way better. I created columns for player name, position, team, and then columns for rankings from different sources. I even added a column for my own notes, like “injury risk” or “breakout potential.”

The Average ranking process.

After get all data in the spreadsheet. I begin to calculate the players’s average ranking, I write a simple formula, and drag all the data, then I sort the data, that make me easy to find the best 200 players.

My “Top” 200 (with a Grain of Salt)

It is important to note that, The final list is not truly top 200,It is just my top 200, I have my perfer list, you know. After a few hours of this, I had my own “top 200” list. I put quotes around “top” because, let’s be real, it’s just an educated guess. But it’s my educated guess, based on a bunch of other people’s educated guesses.

I used some differnt color to mark the players, it make me clear to find the best player in every round.

Feeling Prepared (Sort Of)

Now, I’m not saying I’m going to win my league for sure. Fantasy football is crazy unpredictable. But at least I feel like I’ve done my homework. I’ve got a list, I’ve got a strategy (sort of), and I’m ready to dominate… or at least not finish in last place again.

  • Key takeaway: Don’t just rely on one source!
  • Another tip: Make your own notes. It helps!
  • Final thought: Now I need to get this print, because I don’t want to hold my computer during the draft party.
