Okay, so, I’ve been getting into hot yoga lately, and let me tell you, it’s a whole different ball game when it comes to what you wear. I used to just throw on any old sports bra and shorts, but I quickly realized that was a mistake. I mean, you’re sweating buckets in there! Next up, shorts. I learned the hard way that longer leggings are a no-go in hot yoga. So, I started looking for those short yoga shorts. You know, the ones that are, like, biker short length? Super comfy and they don’t trap heat. I tried this Tomtiger Yoga Shorts, the material felt good, and it was about 25 USD, which is acceptable for me.
I went on searching and comparing different items for the whole afternoon, and ended up with purchasing these two I mentioned above. It took about 3 days to arrive.

Totally worth it. I felt so much better during the class. No more overheating and feeling like my clothes were sticking to me. Plus, I think I looked pretty cute, if I do say so myself. I should have tried black yoga bras as well, but I will leave it for next time. If you’re doing hot yoga, definitely invest in some good gear, and don’t be like me – wearing any old sports bra and shorts. Trust me, it makes a huge difference!
