I tell you what, these young’uns and their basketball, it’s a sight to see. They run around, jumpin’ and bouncin’ that ball like it’s a hot potato. But sometimes, you see more than just the game, you know what I mean? Like them basketball players naked. Lord have mercy.
I seen it on that there moving picture box, the one they call the TV. These basketball players, they get all sweaty and tired after playin’. They go in that room, what they call a locker room. I guess they change their clothes and such. And sometimes, well, they ain’t got nothin’ on! Just runnin’ around like they was born yesterday. Naked basketball players, if you can believe it!
One time, I saw this fella, tall as a cornstalk, walkin’ around with nothin’ but his birthday suit on. He was one of them naked basketball players, I reckon. And there was another one, filmin’ him with that little phone thing. They was laughin’ and carryin’ on. These young’uns today, they don’t have no shame, I tell ya. That Lexie Hull, she was in there too, walkin’ around like she owned the place. Lordy, these basketball players naked, it’s somethin’ else.
It ain’t right, I tell you. Back in my day, we had more respect for ourselves. We wouldn’t be caught dead runnin’ around with no clothes on, especially with other folks watchin’. Pictures, videos, all of it. It is a mess.
You got these black fellas, white fellas, all kinds, just runnin’ around with nothin’ on. They call it “Basketball Jones” or somethin’. I don’t know what that means. And this other thing, “Thug Hunter,” sounds like trouble to me. These naked basketball players, they gettin’ into all sorts of mischief. And that word, “Uncut,” what is that even mean? My goodness.
It’s a different world now, that’s for sure. These basketball players naked, they don’t think twice about it. They just do whatever they want. No respect, no shame. It’s a sign of the times, I reckon. But it still ain’t right, no matter how you slice it.
I just hope these young’uns learn to cover themselves up. It ain’t decent, I tell you.
