Okay, so earlier today I decided to dig into Knox College’s 2025 baseball schedule because spring training’s coming up fast. Grabbed my laptop and went straight to the college athletics website. Realized I had no clue where to find it though – total brain fart moment.

First Try Was a Mess
Started clicking around like crazy on the main sports page. Saw football schedules, basketball stuff, even golf tournaments… but zero baseball info anywhere. Got annoyed thinking they forgot to update it. Almost rage-quit but made one last desperate search in their news section.
Jackpot moment
Scrolled down a bit and BAM – found a tiny article titled “2025 Baseball Season Preview” tucked under “Recent News.” Felt like winning the lottery! Clicked it fast and finally saw the full list: 32 games total.
- Home opener against Monmouth College on March 15th
- Weird Wednesday road game at Cornell College
- Four-game grind against Lake Forest late April
Calendar Disaster
Tried adding the dates to my Google Calendar manually… mistyped like three times. Forgot whether the Beloit game was home or away. Went back to double-check and the page froze! Had to restart my browser before finally copy-pasting each date separately. Took forever – my coffee went cold doing this.
Big Realization Hit
Noticed they scheduled EIGHT games during finals week in May! Made zero sense – players gonna be taking exams between double-headers? Emailed their athletic department asking about that madness. Still waiting on a reply though… probably gonna get some cookie-cutter response next week.
Anyway, got it all figured out now. Sitting here with my updated calendar, hyped for March even though my coffee’s cold and my cat walked all over my keyboard during this whole thing. Typical Tuesday afternoon.
