Hey everyone, I gotta share what I did today with my fantasy baseball team. You know how it is, always checking for updates and news on your players, right? Well, today was a bit of a rollercoaster, I’ll tell ya.

So, I started my day like I always do, checking out the latest news. First thing I saw was that Shane Baz got scratched from his Triple-A start. What a bummer! I was kinda hoping he’d be back in the majors soon, but I guess not. Gotta keep an eye on that situation.
Then, I moved on to looking at the waiver wire. I remembered that a few weeks back, Kyle Higashioka was mentioned in some article. I looked him up because I wanted to add him to my team. I mean, he wasn’t picked up in most leagues back then, but I thought maybe he’d be worth a shot now. You never know, right? Sometimes those under-the-radar guys can surprise you.
While I was at it, I noticed a couple of other names popping up: TJ Friedl and James Wood. I remembered seeing their names in some waiver wire articles from a while back – Friedl in early June and Wood just a few days ago. I made a mental note to do some more digging on them later. You gotta stay on top of these things, especially with the fantasy season winding down.
Speaking of the season winding down, I realized it’s the final week! Can you believe it? Time flies when you’re having fun, or in this case, stressing over your fantasy team, haha. Gotta make those last-minute moves count.
I spent the rest of the morning doing some research and making a few adjustments to my lineup. Nothing too drastic, just some minor tweaks here and there. You know, the usual stuff us fantasy baseball nerds do.
Here’s what I did today:
- Checked player news and saw that Shane Baz was scratched.
- Looked at the waiver wire for potential pickups.
- Remembered Kyle Higashioka from an old article and considered adding him.
- Noticed TJ Friedl and James Wood mentioned in recent waiver wire articles.
- Realized it’s the final week of the fantasy season and felt the pressure!
- Made some minor adjustments to my lineup.
That’s pretty much it for today. Just another day in the life of a fantasy baseball fanatic. Gotta keep grinding and hope for the best. Wish me luck, folks!
