Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post based on the title “2024 NFL Fantasy Rankings PPR”, written in the style of a mature, practical blogger, focusing on actions and process, using simple language, and mimicking the example provided:

Alright, so I wanted to get a jump on my fantasy football league this year. I always do, right? But this time, I decided to actually document what I was doing. Figured it might help someone else out, or at least give me something to laugh at later when my predictions go completely sideways.
First thing I did? I started hunting for 2024 PPR rankings. Just started Googling, you know? “2024 NFL fantasy rankings PPR”, and variations of that.
I looked at a few sites, just to get a feel for the general consensus. Who’s everyone high on? Who are the potential sleepers? I found a mix of articles and it gave me a good sense.
Digging a Little Deeper
After I got a general overview, I started to make my own spreadsheet. Yep, good old spreadsheet. Nothing fancy. Just columns for player name, projected points, maybe a notes section for my own random thoughts.
I started plugging in the names I kept seeing pop up. I didn’t just blindly copy rankings, though. I tried to, like, think about it. Does this ranking feel right? Based on what I know, what I watched last season, does this make sense?
I’ve kept a little notes, so I know my general feelings.
- Running backs: I checked some information of running back, they looked pretty solid.
- Wide receiver: Checked the top guys, of course. It’s PPR, so I was focusing on guys who get a ton of catches, even if they aren’t always scoring touchdowns. Volume is king in PPR.
- Quarterbacks: Not as big a deal in PPR, but still important.
- Tight Ends: Always a crapshoot. I tried to find guys who are, you know, actually targeted by their quarterbacks.
This is the tricky part. It’s all just educated guessing, really. I factored in things like, has the player changed teams? Are there any new coaches or offensive schemes? Any injuries I should be worried about?
It’s my first edition of the list, I’m sure i will adjust it a lot.
It’s a work in progress, that’s for sure. I’ll probably tweak this thing a hundred times before the season starts. But hey, it’s a starting point. And it feels good to be organized, for once! We’ll see if it actually translates to a winning fantasy season. That’s the real test, right?
