- There are some nearby courts like Avery Ranch Tennis Club and Brushy Creek, which is cool.
- I also found out that some high schools like Vista Ridge and McNeil are nearby, but I wasn’t sure if they allow public use of their courts.
I also dug into the rules a bit. Gotta make sure you understand those before jumping in, right? It seemed like everyone starts ranked and then you work your way up. For doubles, each player has to sign up individually, which makes sense.
Getting into the Matches
Once I was all signed up, I started playing matches. It was a great experience. I got to play with a bunch of different people, all with varying skill levels. It was definitely a challenge, but a fun one. I started to meet more and more folks who were as into tennis as I am.

Looking back, joining the Cedar Park Tennis Ladder was a great move. It really did help me test my skills and get better at the game. Plus, I met some cool people along the way. I mean, who doesn’t like winning more and meeting new people?
