Top 100 PPR Fantasy Football 2024: values! ( sleepers, and Busts to Avoid)

Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post in the style you requested, about building a top 100 PPR fantasy football ranking for 2024:

Top 100 PPR Fantasy Football 2024: values! ( sleepers, and Busts to Avoid)

Alright, so, I decided I was gonna get serious about fantasy football this year. No more last-minute drafts and auto-picks. I was gonna do my homework and build a killer ranking list. A top 100, PPR-focused list, no less.

First thing I did was fire up my computer. I mean, obviously, right? You can’t do this stuff in your head. I started by checking some of the expert’s websites, I will use it later.

I opened up a new spreadsheet. Gotta keep things organized, you know? Column A: Player Name. Column B: Position. Column C: Team…you get the picture. I wanted to keep track of everything.

Then the real work started. I spent, like, hours going through stats from last year. Rushing yards, receiving yards, touchdowns…all that good stuff. I also tried to factor in things like, “Is this guy gonna get injured again?” and “Did his team get a better quarterback?”. No point in drafting a star receiver if his QB throws like a toddler, am I right?

It wasn’t all numbers, though. I watched some game footage, too. Just to get a feel for how guys were playing. Does this running back still have that burst? Is this wide receiver running crisp routes? You gotta use your eyes, not just your calculator.

  • Christian McCaffrey (RB, SF) – Dude’s a machine.
  • Justin Jefferson (WR, MIN) – Best receiver in the game, probably.
  • Austin Ekeler (RB, LAC) – PPR monster, even if he’s getting a little older.

I got stuck on a few players. Like, where do you rank a rookie running back? Total gamble, right? I ended up creating different “tiers” of players. Like, “sure things,” “high upside,” “potential busts,” and “deep sleepers.” Made it easier to compare guys in the same category.

My Secret Weapon

So, I got a tip and started using it. A good tool to see the overall stats of each player.

After a few days, and a lot of coffee, I finally had my top 100. It’s not perfect, and I’m sure some people will disagree with my picks, but I feel good about it. I put in the work, and now I’m ready to dominate my league. Or, you know, at least not come in last place. Wish me luck!
