Okay, so today I decided to mess around with FantasyPros for my fantasy football league. I’ve used it before, but never really dug in, you know?

Getting Started
First, I went over to the FantasyPros site. It’s pretty easy to find what you’re looking for, which is good. I wanted to check out their expert consensus rankings (ECR), so I clicked on that.
Exploring the Rankings
Once I was in, I saw a bunch of names – the usual suspects at the top. But what I really wanted to do was customize this thing. I play in a PPR (points per reception) league, so those default rankings aren’t exactly what I need.
- I found the filters – super helpful!
- Changed it to PPR scoring.
- Boom! Rankings adjusted. Nice.
Comparing Players
Next, I started comparing some players I was on the fence about. It’s helpful to see how the “experts” stack them up. I’m not saying I blindly follow their advice, but it’s a good starting point. Like, should I go with Player A or Player B? FantasyPros gave me some solid data to chew on.
Digging Deeper
Then I decided to click on a specific player. This is where it got interesting. They have all sorts of stats, news, and projections. It’s almost too much information, if I’m being honest. But hey, better to have it than not, right?
My Overall Take
I spent a good hour just poking around, comparing players, and adjusting settings. FantasyPros is pretty slick. It’s not going to magically make you win your league, but it definitely helps you make more informed decisions. If you’re serious about fantasy football (or even if you’re just a casual player like me), it’s worth checking out.
I think that next time I should explore draft assistance, and maybe mock drafts. It’s good to be prepared, isn’t it?
