Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this fantasy football thing for a while now, and this year I decided to really go for it and make a list of the top 100 players. It sounded simple enough, but boy, was I in for a ride!

First off, I started by looking up some rankings online. You know, just to get a general idea of who’s who. I found a bunch of articles talking about the “top players” and “elite first-rounders” and all that jazz. I just got some key players in these articles. Names like CeeDee Lamb and Christian were popping up everywhere, so I figured they must be pretty important.
Then, I noticed that there are different scoring formats. I mean I knew about standard, but these guys were talking about PPR and half-PPR. And get this, there’s even something called FFPC, which gives extra points to tight ends. Honestly, it all seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but I decided to focus on PPR because that’s what most people seem to use.
I also found this really cool tool that lets you compare players side-by-side. You can pick like four players, and it’ll tell you which one is projected to do better. It’s all based on rankings and projections, I guess. Pretty neat, right?
My Process
So, I started making my list, player by player. I spent hours, and I mean HOURS, going through stats, reading articles, and watching highlights. I felt like a real scout, you know, but without the fancy title or the paycheck. I had spreadsheets and notes everywhere, it was a beautiful mess. Then I used the free tool I found to compare them.
I used my gut feeling, combined with all the info I gathered, to rank these guys. It was tough, let me tell you. There were so many good players, and trying to figure out who’s going to have a better season is like trying to predict the weather in a hurricane.
After a lot of back and forth, I finally got my list of 100 players. It’s not perfect, and I’m sure some people will disagree with my choices, but I’m pretty proud of it. I even made separate rankings for different positions, just to make things even more organized.
So there you have it, my journey into the world of fantasy football rankings. It was a lot of work, but I learned a ton, and now I’m even more pumped for the season to start.

A few things I learned along the way:
- PPR is king (at least for now).
- Tight ends are extra special in FFPC.
- Comparing players is super helpful.
- There’s a lot of guesswork involved.
- This stuff is addictive!
Now I need to actually put a team together. Wish me luck!
