Player Rankings Fantasy Football: Simple Guide to Pick the Best Players!

Okay, so I decided to get into fantasy football this year. I have always been a football fan, but never really understood the whole fantasy football craze. But I finally decided to jump in, and boy, was it an experience. I started by doing a ton of research online. I mean, I was all over the place. I was reading articles, watching videos, and trying to understand the rules.

Player Rankings Fantasy Football: Simple Guide to Pick the Best Players!

First, I started reading about basic strategies, like how to start a league and some quick tips. It was overwhelming at first, I mean, where do you even begin? But I kept at it. I learned that in most leagues, Quarterbacks are the highest-scoring position, but I also found out that people often draft Running Backs and Wide Receivers first, which was weird.

Then, I decided to look into some player rankings. I stumbled upon some website talking about the top 10 players over the years. It had this cool graph where you could hover over lines and see player values. It was kind of neat to see how players’ ratings changed over time.

I also found myself spinning some kind of wheel online, it said something about testing your knowledge of NFL teams, I guess it was relevant. It mentioned teams like the Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons. Honestly, I was just clicking around, trying to absorb as much information as I could.

Along the way, I stumbled upon a bunch of random stuff. There were these weird videos from something called “MX Player” and some prank videos. I even saw something about a motorcycle, the “New 1 4 Scale MX 400 Off Road RC Motorcycle”. I don’t know how that’s related, but I saw it.

I found one blog that was actually kind of helpful. The person who wrote it seemed to know what they were talking about, and they explained things in a way that even I could understand. It felt like I was finally starting to get it.

But then, I stumbled into this rabbit hole. I somehow ended up on some site called, or something similar to “Torrentgalaxy”. It was full of random stuff like “Sounds Machine Robot”, “Car”, and “Lexus”. I don’t even know what any of that means. There were also song lyrics and something about a “Crazy Frog”. It was all very confusing, and I quickly moved on.

At one point, I searched for a meme, something like “go talk to the other guy” meme. I don’t remember why. I guess I just wanted to see what would come up. I ended up on some site called “Vlipsy”, with a bunch of reaction videos and memes. It was a bit of a detour, but it was kind of funny.

There was also this one website that kept talking about cookies. It said it used cookies to improve my experience. I just clicked “accept” or whatever, because I wanted to get back to the football stuff.

Finally, I went back to the draft strategy. I read that the best way to draft is usually to prioritize Running Backs and Wide Receivers, and to wait on Quarterbacks and Tight Ends. It also said not to stress too much about the first overall pick. Apparently, Christian McCaffrey, CeeDee Lamb, and Tyreek Hill are usually the top choices, and that made sense, from what I’ve heard at least.

My Strategy

Based on everything I learned, I decided to focus on Wide Receivers and Running Backs first, then grab a Tight End, then a defense, then a kicker, and finally, a Quarterback. It felt like a solid plan, at least in theory.

Overall, it was a wild ride. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about fantasy football to having a somewhat decent draft strategy. I’m sure I still have a lot to learn, but I feel like I’m off to a good start. We’ll see how it goes this season!
