Honestly when I first needed the Cincinnati high school football schedule for 2024, I figured it’d be easy. Pulled up my laptop last Tuesday morning, coffee steaming beside me, and just Googled it. Simple, right? Wrong. Spent like an hour clicking through pages. Found some outdated schedules from 2023, saw a couple sites that only listed a few big rivalry games, nothing complete. Super frustrating.

The Real Search Begins
Realized quick I had to dig deeper. Remembered the school district official page – that was my next stop. Searched Cincinnati Public Schools athletics section. Took a few minutes to navigate their menus. Found a sports calendar page… but it was messy. Football was lumped in with soccer and volleyball. Started scrolling. Slowly.
Had to pick out each high school one by one. Some schools had their schedules posted nice and clear right on their individual athletics page. Others? Buried. Ended up checking:
- Withrow High – Found it fast under “Fall Sports”.
- Walnut Hills – Took some digging in “Team Pages”.
- Aiken – Their link was broken first try. Had to go back later.
- Western Hills – Actually updated! Surprised me.
- Hughes – Hardest to find, hidden behind a parent portal login at first.
Patchwork Ain’t Pretty
So now I had a bunch of individual team schedules, but no master list. Opened a new spreadsheet. Started manually typing them in. Date, opponent, location, home or away. Got tedious real fast. Found out Central vs Taft game date changed since I last looked – they moved it to a Thursday night. Almost missed that. Cross-referenced with a local news blog post about key matchups. Took forever checking dates lined up.
My coffee went cold. Twice. Cat jumped on the keyboard halfway through. Total chaos trying to keep track.
The Final Push
Finally, after way too long, got the whole thing pieced together in my spreadsheet. Double, triple-checked dates against those school pages. Highlighted all the games played at home in one color. Marked the district rivalry games in bold. Exported it clean.
Posted it up for everyone asking me about it. Done. Felt like a victory just finding the dang thing.
