Alright so I got into figuring out the MTSU baseball home games for next year. Why? ‘Cause I wanna see ’em play live, obviously. That new field looks killer, and there’s buzz about some fresh talent on the team.
First thing, thought it’d be easy peasy. “MTSU Baseball Schedule 2025”, punched that into the search bar. Boom, got the main athletics website. Looked for a “Schedules” link, found it tucked under “Teams”. But hey, all kinds of schedules jumped out – football, soccer, women’s volleyball, you name it. Where’s baseball? Took a minute. Scrolled down, clicked on Baseball finally.
Website was kinda sluggish, felt like waiting for coffee to brew. Page finally loaded, and guess what? They had the 2024 schedule smack dab in my face. Not helpful! Looked around the page, top menu bar maybe? Spotted a “Future Schedules” section. Score! Hit that.
Future Schedules page was a bit of a jumble too. Had to hunt for baseball specifically. Found a link tagged “Baseball 2025“. Clicked it, hoping this was it… and the page loaded slower than cold molasses dripping. Come on, internet!
Finally landed on the actual schedule page. Phew. Lots of info – away games, neutral sites, but I wanted only the HOME ones. Scanned the dates, looking for anything marked “MTSU” or “Murfreesboro”. Had to squint. Saw “vs” and a team name? That meant home. Made a mental note.
Problem was, the schedule was all jumbled together. Dates, opponents, locations, times. Needed to separate the home stuff. Started jotting it down in my notebook:
- Looked for rows saying “MTSU” or “Home”.
- Ignored anything listing a city that wasn’t Murfreesboro.
- Doubled-checked times – afternoon or night game?
Realized just listing dates wasn’t enough for me. Wanted the full picture: date, day, opponent, time. Kept flipping between the schedule page and my notebook, copying one home game at a time. Took a few minutes, felt kinda tedious. Wished they just had a “Download Home Games Only” button. Wouldn’t that be nice?
Finished my list. Here are the home games I dug up for 2025:

- Apr 18 (Friday) vs Louisville South – 6:30 PM
- May 2 (Friday) vs Central Arkansas Uni – 6:30 PM
Got all that done. Took longer than expected – the university site wasn’t exactly built for speed, and finding the right schedule buried behind the old ones was a pain. But hey, now I got the home dates clear as day in my notes. Ready to grab some peanuts and cracker jack and catch a few games live!
