Woke up early Tuesday buzzing about the WV boys state tourney. Knew folks would be asking about the 2025 schedule soon. Grabbed my laptop before the coffee even finished brewing – priorities, right? Wednesday the 19th is Class AA quarters. Then Thursday shifts to the A semis in the afternoon and AA semis at night. Started jotting this down quick in my notebook before I lost it. Friday the 21st is A & AA championship games? No, wait – reread it. Friday is both A and AA semi-finals. Got tripped up for a second there. Saturday the 22nd is the finals showdown for both classes. The page confirmed what I figured – listing the regional champs & runner-ups that qualify. But obviously, can’t list specific team names yet for 2025. That’s months away! Made sure the page clearly stated how teams get there though, using the regional tournaments leading up to Charleston. Double-checked the classifications too – Class A and Class AA both represented. Didn’t see anything about AAA, so assumed (correctly, I think) this schedule was just for the two smaller classes this year.
