Alright, so today I figured I’d help out folks trying to catch MSU baseball games next year. Started by digging for the 2025 schedule everywhere like a squirrel hunting acorns. Pulled up the official athletics site first – total mess. Had to click through “Teams” then “Baseball” then “Schedule” like some hidden treasure hunt. Why they gotta bury it three layers deep?

Finally found the calendar layout with all those tiny squares. Zoomed in till my eyes crossed copying dates. Wrote ’em down old-school with pen and paper ’cause my laptop froze halfway. Classic. April games looked hype though – buncha home series back-to-back. Got excited and spilled coffee on my notes. Of course.
Ticket Drama Central
Then came the ticket info nightmare. Site said “Tickets” but just showed 2024 prices. Emailed the ticket office – no reply for two days. Called ’em up and got put on hold listening to the fight song for like thirty minutes. When someone finally picked up, they mumbled something about dynamic pricing. Translation: “we’ll charge whatever we feel like later.”
Scraped together what I could:
- Season tickets go live around December 1st
- Single games won’t pop up ’til February
- Student passes still free if you beg at the gate early enough
Highlight Hunting
Wanted to spotlight key games so y’all don’t miss bangers. Checked last season’s stats to predict rival matchups. Big Ten standings were buried in some PDF file. Took screenshots until my phone storage cried. Almost fell for clicking sponsored links five times pretending to be official schedules. Pesky ad bots.
Put all the pieces together in my draft:
- Marked home opener against Indiana red as hell
- Starred the Michigan weekend series (gotta rep green vs blue)
- Added fireworks night dates but scribbled “TBA” ’cause they never confirm pyrotechnics early
Proofread everything three times. Still missed that typo where I wrote “Marh” instead of “March”. Somebody’ll spot it in the comments for sure. Posted it anyway and went to microwave pizza. Mission complete.
