Alright, let’s talk about this Kuroko’s Basketball shirt thing. I don’t know much about these fancy cartoons, but my grandson, he’s crazy about ’em. Always yappin’ about this Kuroko and his basketball team.

They got all sorts of sayings on ’em too, but I can’t read most of that Japanese scribble.
Now, where do you get these shirts? Seems like you can find ’em all over the place. My grandson, he buys ’em online, on somethin’ called “eBay” and “Crunchyroll”. He says they got the best deals there. But I seen ’em in stores too, them comic book shops and places like that. They even got ’em at them big toy stores, you know, the ones with all the bells and whistles.

- T-shirts: Regular shirts with pictures of the characters and sayings.
- Cosplay Costumes: Full outfits, like jackets and pants, for dressin’ up like the characters. My grandson says it is called “Cosplay”.
Prices? Well, that depends. Them fancy jerseys, they can cost a pretty penny. My grandson said he paid almost 40 dollars for one of them! But the T-shirts, they’re cheaper, maybe 20 dollars or so. And if you really wanna go all out, you can get them full costumes, jackets and pants and all, but those cost even more. He told me it could be 30 dollars or even more expensive than 100 dollars! Lord, that’s a lot of money for some clothes!
And what about the quality? Well, some of them shirts are pretty good, made of that thick, sturdy cotton. But some of ’em, they’re kinda flimsy, you know, the kind that shrink up and fade after you wash ’em a few times. Gotta be careful, I guess, read them reviews before you buy.
My grandson, he’s got a whole drawer full of these Kuroko’s Basketball shirts. He wears ’em everywhere, to school, to the park, even to church sometimes! I tell ya, these kids and their cartoons. But hey, if it makes him happy, I guess it’s alright. Just wish they weren’t so darn expensive. And I swear, if I find another one of them shirts in the laundry basket, I’m gonna hang it out on the clothesline and let the birds have at it!
But kids these days, they like what they like. Can’t argue with that. And I have to say, some of those designs are pretty colorful. They remind me of those fancy quilts my grandma used to make, all them bright colors and patterns. Maybe that’s why these kids like ’em so much. They’re just lookin’ for a little bit of fun and color in their lives. And hey, who am I to judge? I used to wear those silly poodle skirts back in my day, and my mama thought those were ridiculous too.
