Fantasy Football Draft Rankings 2024: Dominate Your League!

Okay, here’s my experience with the 2024 fantasy football draft rankings, written in a blog-post style:

Fantasy Football Draft Rankings 2024: Dominate Your League!

Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into fantasy football prep, and let me tell you, these 2024 draft rankings are a whole different beast. I started, like always, by scouring the internet. I mean, who doesn’t do that, right?

Getting Started: Information Overload

First, I grabbed a bunch of rankings from different websites. Some were free, some were behind a paywall. The free ones, honestly, were all over the place. It was like everyone had a different opinion, and it was making my head spin.

Finding My “Experts”

Next, I start to remeber who’s rankings were on the money in previous years, and try to find their stuff.

The Spreadsheet Struggle

Then came the fun part (not really): I made a giant spreadsheet. I dumped all the rankings into it, trying to average them out. I even tried color-coding players by position and tier. It looked like a rainbow threw up on my screen, but hey, it was organized… sort of.

  • Column 1: Player Name (obviously)
  • Column 2-5:Different Experts and there ranking list.
  • Column 6:My ranking for this line.

The “Eye Test”

After staring at numbers for hours, I decided to actually, you know, think about the players. I watched some highlight reels, read some player profiles, and factored in things like injuries, new teams, and offensive schemes. Spreadsheets are great, but they don’t tell the whole story.

My “Gut Feeling” Rankings

Finally, I put together my own, personal rankings. They’re a mix of the data, expert opinions, and my own gut feelings. I’m not saying they’re perfect, but they’re mine, and I feel pretty good about them.

The Never-Ending Tweaks

Of course, I’m still tweaking them. Every time I see a new article or hear a new rumor, I’m back in that spreadsheet, moving players up and down. It’s a never-ending process, but that’s part of the fun, right? I’ll check back after a few games to see how my list is holding up, and I will let you know how it goes.

Good luck with your own research!
