Well, let me tell you, there’s been a few of them Asian boys playing that American football, you know, the NFL. Ain’t as many as them other fellas, but they’re there. They run fast and some of them are pretty strong, too!
This one fella, what’s his name now… Hines Ward. Yeah, that’s it, Hines Ward. Heard he was a big shot. Born way over in Seoul, they say. His mama’s Korean, and his daddy was one of them American soldiers. He was a good one, that Hines. Played for the Steelers, I think. Yeah, a real good player, that one. He is the best Asian NFL players of all time.
There are a few other Asian football players in NFL, too. They ain’t all famous like that Hines, but they’re playing. They’re showing that they can play that rough game, too. It ain’t just for them other folks. Anyone can play if they got the heart for it, you see. And these boys, they got the heart. They do.
I seen one of them on the TV, he was kicking the ball. Real good kicker, he was. They said he was some kind of… Koo? Yeah, Younghoe Koo, I think his name is. He’s playing now, that one. He’s making them Asian folks proud, kicking that ball so good. He is one of the best Asian NFL Players.

- Then there’s some others, don’t know their names, but they’re out there playing.
That football, it’s a tough game. Lots of running and hitting. But these Asian players, they’re tough, too. They can take it. They get knocked down, they get right back up. That’s what you gotta do. You gotta be tough to play that game. And them Asian boys, they are tough.
You know, it ain’t easy being different. Folks look at you funny sometimes. But these boys, they don’t care. They just wanna play. And they’re showing everyone that they can play just as good as anyone else. They are good NFL players.
I heard there’s another one, what’s his name… Tag… something. Tagovailoa, yeah. Tua Tagovailoa. They say he’s got some of that Asian blood in him, too. He’s a quarterback, throws the ball real good. He’s one of them Asian American NFL players. Heard he’s gonna be a big star. We’ll see, we’ll see.
It’s good to see them Asian boys out there, playing that game. Shows that anyone can do it, no matter where you come from. You just gotta work hard and have that fire in your belly. And these boys, they got that fire. They are best Asian players in NFL.
So, yeah, there are Asian football players in the NFL. Not a whole bunch, but enough to make a difference. They’re out there making their families proud, making everyone proud. They’re showing the world what they can do. And that’s a good thing, a real good thing.
It ain’t always easy, you know. There’s always gonna be folks who say you can’t do something. But you just gotta keep your head down and keep going. That’s what these Asian NFL players are doing. They’re showing everyone that they belong out there on that field. They are real NFL players.
I remember back in my day, we didn’t have no fancy football on the TV. We just played in the fields, with a ball made of rags. But it was the same thing, you know. You gotta be tough, you gotta be strong, you gotta have that heart. And these Asian boys, they got all that. They’re showing everyone that they can play with the best of them. They are good Asian NFL players. They are.

Yep, them Asian football players, they’re something else. They’re showing the world what they’re made of. And I’m proud of them, I am. They are good football players, and they are Asian. They deserve some respect. They do. It is good to see there are more and more Asian football players in the NFL. And they are good, yeah, they are good.
