Alright, let’s gab about this here NFL coaches picture thingy from 2024. You know, the one where all them fellas line up, lookin’ all serious.
Every year, they do this here picture thing, all the NFL head coaches. It’s like, a tradition or somethin’. They all get together, stand shoulder to shoulder, and smile pretty for the camera. Or try to, anyways. Some of them fellas look like they just ate a sour lemon, you know?
This 2024 picture, it’s got all the usual suspects. You got yer Mike Tomlin from the Steelers, that fella’s been coachin’ there forever, seems like. Heard tell he’s been with them Steelers boys for 18 years! That’s a long time, longer than my prize-winning rooster lived, bless his feathery heart.
Then there’s John Harbaugh, the Ravens fella. He’s been around the block a time or two too, 17 years, they say. Seventeen years! Imagine that. That’s more time than I spent raisin’ my whole brood of youngsters.

- Andy Reid – Chiefs (been there a good while too!)
And can’t forget Andy Reid over there with the Chiefs. He’s another one that’s been coachin’ longer than a hen lays eggs. That fella knows his football, that’s for sure. Always see him on the TV, chewin’ on somethin’ and lookin’ all thoughtful.
Now, I don’t know all these coaches by name, mind you. Too many new faces these days. But every year, I see that picture, and I try to pick out the ones I recognize. It’s like a game, you know? See if I can remember who’s who.
This year, just like all the others, they took that picture and everyone started talkin’ about it. Folks online, they were goin’ on and on about who looked the best, who looked the grumpiest, and who looked like they hadn’t slept in a week. You know how people are, always gotta have somethin’ to yap about.
Some folks were sayin’ it’s that “magical time of year” again. Magical, huh? I reckon they ain’t never spent a summer harvestin’ peaches under the hot sun if they think this is magical. But hey, to each their own, I always say.
And then there’s this fella, Travis, or somethin’ like that. Seems like he tries to name all them coaches every year. Bless his heart, that’s a tough job, I tell ya. Too many fellas with fancy names these days. Back in my day, everyone was just John or Mary, simple as that.
This NFL coaches picture, it’s more than just a picture, I reckon. It’s like, a marker of time. You see that picture, and you know another year of football is comin’. Another year of cheering and hollerin’ at the TV. Another year of watchin’ them fellas run around on that there field, tryin’ to win that there ball.
It’s funny, you know, watchin’ them coaches. They stand there, all stiff and proper, but you know underneath, they’re just as riled up as the players. They want to win just as bad. You can see it in their eyes, that fire, that determination. It’s what makes football, well, football.
So, yeah, that’s my two cents on the NFL head coaches picture 2024. Nothin’ fancy, just a bunch of fellas, standin’ together, ready for another year of football. And me? I’ll be right here, watchin’ them, cheerin’ them on, and maybe even yellin’ at the TV a little bit. It’s what you do, ain’t it?
And who knows, maybe next year, I’ll even try to name all them coaches myself. Though, I reckon I’ll need a whole lot of sweet tea and a comfy chair for that job.
