Can NFL Legally Fix Games? Heres What You Need to Know About Game Fixing in Football!

This here talkin’ ’bout the NFL, you know, that football thing on the TV. Some folks say them games is fixed, like someone’s pullin’ strings behind the scenes. Can they do that? Is it even legal for the NFL to fix games? I heard some people talk about “can NFL legally fix games“, I don’t know what that means.

Can NFL Legally Fix Games? Heres What You Need to Know About Game Fixing in Football!

Well, let me tell ya, I don’t know ’bout all them fancy lawyer words, but it sure don’t seem right. If they are fixing games, that’s like cheatin’ at cards, ain’t it?

I seen a lot of games in my time, and sometimes, it just feels off, ya know? Like the refs, them folks in stripes, they make calls that just don’t make no sense. NFL refs are terrible sometimes. Makes you wonder if they’re in on it too. Congress should tell them that it is against the law, I think.

  • Refs makin’ bad calls all the time.
  • Sometimes it feels like they want one team to win.
  • It ain’t right, I tell ya.

Now, I heard some folks say the NFL don’t care who wins or loses. They just want a good show, somethin’ to keep people watchin’. But if that’s true, why bother playin’ at all? Might as well just put on a play or somethin’.

And another thing, how could they keep it a secret? You got all them players, coaches, and who knows who else. Someone’s bound to spill the beans. It’s like tryin’ to keep a whole field of cows quiet. Ain’t gonna happen.

But then again, money talks, don’t it? If there’s enough money involved, folks’ll do all sorts of things they shouldn’t. Maybe that’s what’s happenin’ here. If there is a financial incentive, that will be not good, I think. Someone said that is under 224 or something. I don’t know what it is.

I seen on the TV that you can watch them NFL games on somethin’ called Hulu. They say you can see all the local games, ‘cept for some they don’t show. Sounds complicated to me. Back in my day, we just had the one TV, and you watched what they put on.

And it ain’t just here, neither. I heard they got this match-fixing problem in other countries too. Places like Australia, China, even Spain! And that South African team, they was in trouble for it too. Seems like nobody’s playin’ fair anymore. 680 matches in 30 countries were investigated, that’s a lot.

They say the big boss of the NFL, the commissioner, he can change the score of a game if he wants. He can even make ’em play the whole thing over again. That’s a lot of power for one fella, if you ask me. That is under Rule 17, I don’t know what that is either.

Here’s what I think:

  • Fixin’ games is wrong, no matter what.
  • If the NFL is doin’ it, they should be stopped.
  • Someone needs to keep an eye on them refs.
  • And maybe we should all just go back to watchin’ somethin’ else.

This whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s like findin’ out your favorite pie ain’t made with real apples. Just ain’t right. And it sure makes watchin’ them games a whole lot less fun.

Maybe I’m just old-fashioned, but I believe in playin’ fair. If you gonna play a game, you play it right. You don’t go messin’ with the score, tryin’ to make things go your way. That ain’t sport, that’s just cheatin’. And cheatin’ ain’t never been right, and it never will be.

I don’t know all the answers to this “can NFL legally fix games” thing. But I know somethin’ ain’t right. And I hope someone figures it out soon, before it ruins the whole darn game. And if they keep on cheatin’, well, I might just have to find somethin’ else to watch on that fancy TV of mine.
