Well, howdy there, y’all! Let me tell ya ’bout that there football game, the one with them Colorado fellas. It was somethin’ else, I tell ya!

Colorado done whooped Arizona, 34-7! Yep, beat ’em like a drum! That coach, that Deion Sanders fella, he was happy as a pig in mud after that game. Said somethin’ ’bout it bein’ an “impressive” win. I reckon it was! Them boys played their hearts out, runnin’ and catchin’ and smackin’ into each other. It was a real barn burner, or somethin’ like that.
Now, I ain’t no football expert, mind you. I just watch ’em run around and try to figure out who’s winnin’. But even I could see them Colorado boys was somethin’ special. They got this one fella, Travis somethin’-or-other, and that coach, he just went on and on ’bout him. Said he was the “hero in black and gold.” Sounds fancy, huh?
They was talkin’ ’bout how them Colorado Buffalos, that’s what they call ’em, ain’t been to one of them “bowl” games since 2020. Heard tell that’s a big deal. They won against some team called Cincinnati, made ’em 6 and 2 for the season. That means they’re real good, I guess. That Deion fella was jokin’ ’bout bein’ relieved they made it to a bowl game. Guess he was worried, like the rest of us get when things ain’t goin’ our way.
- They won big against Arizona.
- They beat Cincinnati to get to a bowl game.
- That Travis fella is a real good player.
- Deion Sanders was happy as a clam after the wins.
There was this other game, though, where they lost. Against Kansas somethin’. It was close, real close, 31 to 28. That Deion fella, he talked ’bout it after. Sounded a bit down, but he perked up pretty quick. That’s what ya gotta do, I reckon. Can’t be mopin’ around when ya lose. Just gotta pick yerself up and try again.
That Hunter fella, he got himself on TV after one of the games. Talked to that ESPN fella. I didn’t hear what he said, but I bet it was somethin’ ’bout how good they done played. They do that a lot, these football fellas. Always talkin’ on TV after the game.
And that defense! That Deion fella was thankin’ the good Lord ’bout somethin’ on defense. Maybe they stopped the other team from scorin’ or somethin’. That’s important, I hear. Can’t win if ya let the other team score all the time.
Anyways, them Colorado football fellas, they’re doin’ alright. They win some, they lose some, but they always try their best. And that’s all ya can ask for, right? They seem like good boys, and that Deion fella, he seems like he knows what he’s doin’. So, I reckon we’ll just keep on watchin’ ’em and see what they do next.
Now, I gotta go make some supper. All this talk ’bout football made me hungry! Y’all take care now, ya hear?
One last thing, that Deion fella, he did another one of them interviews right after the game, right there on the field, with another TV fella from Fox. He always got somethin’ to say, that one. But that’s good, I reckon. Keeps folks interested.
Alright, I’m really goin’ now. Bye!
