Now, Dak, he ain’t just playing football, he’s livin’ it. Heard he got himself a real nice house in a place called Prosper, Texas. Sounds fancy, don’t it? And what does a football man do with a nice house? He puts in a football field, that’s what!
A Real Football Field, Right in His Backyard
Yep, you heard me right. This Dak, he went and built himself a whole football field right there in his backyard. Not some little dinky thing neither, a real, proper field. Fifty-five yards long they say, with a ten-yard end zone. That’s a lot of grass, even if it ain’t real grass. And that ain’t all. This Dak, he’s got himself a lady friend too, Sarah Jane Ramos her name is. They just got hitched and even got themselves a little baby girl! Little Margaret Jane Rose, ain’t that a sweet name? So now he’s got a whole family, and they can all enjoy that football field together.
Staying Ready
Now, sometimes things happen, ya know? Folks get hurt, and they can’t play. Dak, he got himself hurt once, broke his thumb, poor fella. But he worked hard, got himself better, and got back out on that field. And havin’ that field in his backyard, I bet that helped him get back in shape, throwin’ that ball, getting’ ready to play again. Another fella, Rush, he filled in for Dak when he was hurt. Been his backup for a while now, good fella I hear.
The Long and Short of It
So, this Dak Prescott, he’s a football man through and through. He loves the game, he works hard at it, and he’s built himself a life around it.
