Well, let me tell ya ’bout this “Fortress” thing in that NFL game. See, it ain’t nothin’ fancy, just a way to get yourself a little somethin’ somethin’ if you play the game right. My grandkids, they’re always talkin’ ’bout these “achievements” and “trophies.” Sounds like a bunch of hooey to me, but they get all excited ’bout it, so I guess it’s somethin’.
From what I can gather, this “Fortress” is all about that “LB Position.” Now, I don’t know nothin’ ’bout no LB, but sounds like you gotta make your guy real strong there. They say you gotta “reach max level.” Means you gotta work hard, I reckon. Just like in real life, ain’t nothin’ comes easy. You gotta put in the time, gotta grind away at it.
This “Fortress” thing, it ain’t just for one game neither. Seems like they got it in all them Madden NFL games, the 23, the 24, even the 25. They just keep changin’ the numbers, I tell ya. Makes an old woman like me dizzy. But if you want that “Fortress,” you gotta do the same thing in all of ’em – make that LB fella the best he can be.
- First, you gotta pick that LB position, I guess.
- Then, you gotta play, play, play. Keep at it, like milkin’ a stubborn cow.
- Keep doin’ whatever it takes to make your fella stronger. Like feedin’ a chicken to make it plump.
They call it “Avatar” somethin’ or other. Sounds like somethin’ from outer space, if you ask me. But it’s just your guy in the game. You gotta make him strong, make him the best. Just like you want your kids to be the best they can be. You put in the work, you see the results.
Now, why they call it a “Fortress,” I don’t rightly know. Maybe it means your guy is real tough, like a fortress wall. Can’t be knocked down easy. That’s what you want, right? Someone who can stand strong, someone who can take a hit and keep on goin’.
This “Fortress,” it’s a “silver trophy” in some games, and an “achievement” in others. What’s the difference? Don’t ask me. Seems like a bunch of fancy words for the same thing. You do somethin’ good in the game, you get a little somethin’ back. Like plantin’ seeds and gettin’ vegetables. You work hard, you reap the rewards.
They say this “Fortress” is “built for the game’s most intense battles.” Well, ain’t that just like life? You gotta be strong to face the challenges. You gotta be prepared to fight. Whether it’s in a football game or just tryin’ to make ends meet, you gotta be tough.
And that’s all I know ’bout this “Fortress” thing. You want it, you gotta work for it. Just like anything else in life. Nothin’ comes easy. But if you put in the time and effort, you can achieve somethin’. Even an old lady like me knows that much.
