Okay, so I decided to get a jump start on my fantasy football prep for the upcoming season. It’s never too early, right? Especially with the NFL draft just around the corner, I wanted to get a feel for the potential rookies and how they might shake things up.

First, I fired up my laptop and started scouring the usual spots for pre-draft rankings. You know, the big-name sports sites, some smaller fantasy football blogs – I wanted a good mix of opinions.
I spent a good chunk of time just reading through player profiles. Trying to get a sense of these guys, beyond just the stats. Watched some highlight reels too – because, let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good highlight reel?
Jotting Everything Down
- Quarterbacks: Obviously, Caleb Williams is the big name. But I’m also keeping an eye on Drake Maye and Jayden Daniels.
- Running Backs: This year’s class seems a bit… thin? I’m not super excited about any particular back yet, but Jonathon Brooks is someone I have noted.
- Wide Receivers: Marvin Harrison Jr. – need I say more? But seriously, there are a bunch of potentially solid receivers in this draft. Rome Odunze, Malik Nabers… it’s going to be interesting.
- Tight Ends: Brock Bowers is the clear-cut number one. After him, it’s a bit of a crapshoot.
After taking down notes, I decided to Mock Draft. It’s very interesting.
It is helpful for me to get a better understanding about draft picks.
